-Pre mixed weight categories for convenience and to minimise match-making. You are responsible for making your own changes to registration before the deadline for changes on 31/10/2022. 

Gender groups may be mixed up to age 9. 

1 coach or adult matside per child only.

3 minute rounds

13 - 17 Years 

Submissions allowed

 4 minute rounds
