MSMA MMA FOR MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN MSMA has been owned and operated by local professional Mixed Martial Artists in the Chisago County Community since 2010. Our experienced coaches strive to teach classes in a safe, fun, welcoming and family-friendly environment. We specialize in Brazilian JiuJitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Cardio & Plyometrics and Self Defense. We offer classes for co-ed adults and youth as well as fitness classes for women only. Our students are of all levels of fitness and experience. Whether your goal is to learn how to defend yourself, gain strength, learn a new skill or self discipline, meet new people or become a professional MMA fighter, we are here to help you best achieve your goals.
