REGISTRATION CLOSE - Friday 6th May 23.59 GMT. No new registrations will be possible after this time.

REGISTRATION EDIT DAY- Saturday 7th May 23.59 GMT. On this day coaches can check your registration and move weight or age division for the last time to make sure you can get a match, or are in the correct division.

REGISTRATION CHECK DAY - Sunday 8th May. This is the time to check that previously requested changes have taken place, NOT to request new edits or changes. Any mistakes or refund requests must be notified before 17.00 GMT.

BRACKET AND SCHEDULE RELEASE DAY - Wednesday 11th May 

EVENT DAY - Saturday 14th May

The organisers do not check or edit divisions. It is the responsibility of the COACH to move or edit athletes where possible. For age category moves, COACH must email [email protected] to request changes by the appropriate dates.
