KATA

There are two age groups for the Kata competition.  17 years and over  and 16 years and younger. Each group can compete in one or more of the following.

• Nage-no-kata

• Katame-no-kata

• Ju-no-kata

The Competition will use current IJF Kata rules and scoring.

Kata participants are registered individually, but are required to be allocated to a team. The name of the team is up to the first person to register, we recommend that you use first Initial and last names as the team name. For Example "JSmith&TJones" .
