My name is Fabio Bertoli, I am a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt 2nd degree, by Rocian Gracie Jr.
I have been teaching Jiu Jitsu for almost 10 years.
I have experience instructing students of all ages and teaching fight and self-defense techniques, always articulating conditioning, stretching, meditation, self-confidence building and prevention of injuries.
