- Early Bird Registration Pricing Ends: Saturday, 21st January 2023

**We have a capacity of 250 registrations maximum for each (early, normal and late), if we hit that number, the next registration will start (even if before the date).

REFUND/CREDIT POLICY

- Refund Deadline: Saturday, 11th February 2023

- Coupon Deadline: Saturday, 4th March 2023
*NO TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL.

- We have added the possibility to withdraw from the event and gain a full refund if you withdraw more than 28 days before the event on Smoothcomp.

- We have also added the possibility to with from the event and gain a full credit for a future Empire Grappling event if you withdraw between 7-27 days before the event on Smoothcomp.

- Anything less than 7 days before the event, you are not entitled to an event credit or refund.

EVENT WEEK

- Brackets & Timings Released: Tuesday, 7th March 2023

- Final point to withdraw without effecting your Smoothcomp record: Friday, 10th March 2023.
*By withdrawing for any reason on event week, you are not entitled to an event credit or refund.
