*What divisions will be on the Saturday and what ones will be Sunday

Unfortunately we have to wait for more competitors to register to create a pre schedule

1) Weigh-ins are WITH THE GI ON. 

2) NO TOLERANCE on weight categories 

-If you miss weight, you will be DQ'd.

-You cannot move divisions on the day.

-No further changes will be granted after the amendments deadline on Monday, 15th May

-If after category combining (16th May) and you are alone in your division, or you not agree to be in the division mached by our staff, you should email us before 17th May 23:59, requests sent after the deadline will be ignored

3) Athletes can be called 60 minutes before the estimated start of the division, a no show after 3 PA System calls will lead to immediate disqualification. Please show upin the bullpen around 60 minutes before the start of your division and remain in the bullpen until called to your mat.  (Smoothcomp updates in real time throughout the day).

-Please note that we are using Smoothcomp, everything is in real time and so the more submissions on your mat earlier in the day, means your division start time could be earlier.

4) Rashguards are only allowed in female and kids divisions

5) Athletes have free access for both days

7) Athletes who place 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in blue/purple/brown or black belt divisions will be able to sign up for the open class for free *after collecting medal please ask for the list on the podium

8) Registration is open for all belts, all levels and all nationalities

9) Coaches can request a coach pass by emailing [email protected] before the 16th May 23:59, requests sent after the deadline will be ignored. All kids and juvenile competitors may have support of 1 adult with them at mat side while competing. Nominated adult will be given a coach pass on the day. Please note, ONLY 1 adult per competitor is permitted and must email in advance.
