09u00: Start duo + Jiu-Jitsu

09u30: Start Groundfight

10u00 - 10u15: Last Weigh-in Fighting

11u00: Start Fighting

Medal ceremony +/- 12u30 a 13u00.

Medals will be rewarded in the original category, not in the merged category.

All athletes must register and show up to the weigh-in. The weigh-in is also mandatory for athletes competing in the plus-categories. 

Athletes must present an identity card or passport and a valid sport license.

It is possble te compete in multiple disciplines, if there is a valid digtial inscription and when payment is done in time. It is also possible to inscribe in multiple categories within the same discipline, this with a maximum of 2 categories in one discipline.

Following changes are possible:

• Inscription is allowed in maximum one age category higher
• Inscription is allowed in maximum one higher weight category
• Till U12, girls can inscribe in boys categories. This is not allowed above 12 years old.

WEIGH-IN

The on-site weigh-in is only for controlling the specified weight. When the athlete doesn't manage his/her weight in the category he/she is inscribed, a change of category is only possible with a penalty fee of 5 EUR. 

Weigh-in is done in shorts up to the knees and T-shirt. No weight is deducted for this mandatory outfit.

If an athlete reports late for the weigh-in, he/she will be canceled.

Prices

Payments for participation must be done online, no bank transfers or cash. 

Entrance fee for spectatators: (payment on location, cash)

• Free under 12 years old
• 1 day ticket 5 EUR

JUDOGI

All athletes must wear their own white and clean gi. The jacket is fastened by their own red or blue belt. For exceptions on this, please contact us as organiser. 

RULES and DRAW

We follow the competition rules of the Flemisch / Belgian Ju-Jitsu Federation. You can find them on www.vjjf.be In Belgium, locks and strangulations in categories U16 and lower are not allowed by law. 

Till Thurday the day before the championship it is possible to make corrections to the inscriptions. For example, a correction of the weight can be made without penalty. 

We try to do the draw the day before the championship for categories U12 and higher. When an athlete is cancelled in the draw, there will be no redraw, only in special cases. 

MEDALS

There will be medals give only for categories that actually took place. When because of organizational reasons cagtegories are combined, medals will only be awarded in the merged category.

There will be for sure a medal ceremony in the morning block and at the end of competition day. Depending on the amount of inscriptions, the organization can always plan extra ceremonies.

During the medal ceremony, the athletes will show up in there gi on the podium. When this doesn't happen, the organization can choose not to give a medal. 

COACHING

Every club gets 2 free coaches. From the third coach, an entry fee of 5 EUR by coach will be charged. This can be paid on the location.
