ADULT SPECTATORS: $10

12 & UNDER SPECTATORS: Free

COACHES ( Only Two Pre-Approved Head Instructors Per School ): FREE

If you are a coach and would like to be present at the event, please email [email protected] and specify your team. We will get you on our pre-approved list. Deadline for coach submission will be May 28th. No individuals not on this pre-approved list will be allowed to enter.

OGA would still require for coach's to be registered to get the NCCP#

What is an NCCP#?

A National Coaching Certification Program Number (NCCP#) is your coach education profile. All NCCP coach training and education you take is recorded through an online database called The Locker. Your training from every sport and at every context is recorded here. As well, professional development (PD) training can also be recorded here. In order to take an NCCP module you will need an NCCP#.

REFUNDS-

For full refunds before the deadline date ( Wednesday October 25th 6:00pm) you must email [email protected]

 No Refund after registration deadline. Unless a child or adult has no one in their division and does not wish to move up ,they will be allowed  a full refund.

WEIGH-INS

Weigh-ins will take place on day of the event. Competitors will weigh-in without the GI on. There is a 2 pound over allowance. Competitors are expected to check-in, weigh-in, and be warmed up and ready to compete 1 hour prior to their scheduled division.

Youth Division 5-17  registration & Weigh -8:00- 9:00

Adult Division registration and Weigh-Ins Start time at 9:00

Please keep in mind that Competitors ALL MUST  check-in, weight-in, be warmed-up and ready to compete 1 hour PRIOR to their scheduled division.

It is the athlete's responsibility to make weight and make sure they are registered in the correct division. If an athlete cannot make weight, they must contact us as soon as possible.

 MODIFICATION/CORRECTION deadline and a full refund is Wednesday October 25th 6:00pm at 6 PM. On the day of the tournament, we will no longer accept registration corrections, athletes who fail to make weight will be disqualified with no refund. Absolutely No Refund after Wednesday October 25th  at 6:00pm, the SCHEDULE IS FINALIZED

ONTARIO GRAPPLING ASSOCIATION (OGA) FEDERATION 

All competitors must have valid registration with the Ontario Grappling Association (OGA) in order to compete. The OGA will be present at the tournament. The registration fee is $20.00 and is valid for one year, this entitles you to participate in any OGA tournament.

Competitors, please ensure you have registered with and PAID the OGA registration fee before the tournament, as it could create a significant delay.
