While operating under the increased Covid safety precautions, Submission only championships asks all attending our events to observe the following procedures. We ask everyone to respect these guidelines and cooperate with event staff to provide the safest environment possible:

- All participants will be asked to sign in and leave contact details for tracing. 

- anybody experiencing flu like symptoms is asked to stay home from the event.

- Staff will have thermometers and be performing temperature checks on all when entering the building.

- The venue will have a limited capacity based on the guidelines put in place by the state. In the event of capacity being reached, staff will stop entry to the event.

- Masks will be worn by all event staff and referees. We recommend all spectators and staff to also wear them when not competing or warming up.

- We ask everyone to practise safe social distancing whenever possible. Even when standing around mats there should be a minimum distance of 1.5m between spectators.

- Hand sanitizer will be available for all at the front door and at each mat.

- The matches will be stopped at regular intervals so that staff can clean down the competition areas. We ask all for their patience and cooperation at these times.
