Early bird specials

Early Bird Registration Now Thru 12/31/2020

1st Division $60 plus $15 for each additional division

Regular Registration – 1/1/2021 thru 2/15/2021

1st Division $70 plus $20 for each additional Division

Late Registration – 2/16/21 thru 2/28/2021

 1st Division $80 plus $25 for each additional Division

Spectator Passes for ages 5 & Up

 $10 online or $15 at the door

Team awards – overall kids, overall adults, overall team

BEAUTIFUL CUSTOM MEDALS

Beautiful gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded to all 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers. All kids 1st place division winners will be entered into a raffle drawing for a new Xbox. Beautiful championship belts will be awarded to 1st place winners in the Men’s Gi Absolutes for White, Blue, Purple, Brown, and Black Belts, and Women's Gi Absolutes for White, Blue, and Purple & Up Belts.

WEIGH-INS:

Weigh-ins will take place on Saturday morning at the tournament site. Competitors weigh in without the GI.

8:00 am - 10:00 am      Children, Teens, and Juveniles "ONLY"

10:00 am - 1:00 pm       Adults

The list of competitors will be live throughout the registration period. You have until Feb 15th to cancel your registration. You have until March 2nd to change your division. You may move up one weight class. Youth competitors may move up one skill level. You can update your registration by logging in to your Smoothcomp account. After March 2nd registration will be locked. If we cannot find a suitable opponent for you, teammates excluded, we will offer a full refund.

Brackets & Scheduling

Will be available 24-48 hours before the event. You may view the brackets & schedule at the event using your mobile device. This information will also be displayed on monitors at the tournament venue.

Please be at the venue at least one hour prior to your scheduled time to compete. No refunds will be issued for no shows, with no exceptions.
