Jiu Jitsu Dragon's Cup 2

We invite everyone to participate in an Jiu-Jitsu tournament “Dragons’ Cup”, which will be held in the universal sports complex “Piskovichi” in Pskov on April 10, 2021. The tournament starts at 10:00 Moscow time.

Weigh-in:

Weighing for all categories will be held on April 9 from 15:00 to 19:00 at the Pskov City, DRAGON'S DEN Academy Jiu-Jitsu: Leona Pozemsky st., number 108. Shorts must be strictly worn past the knee during the weigh-in! Allowable overweight is 500 gr. (about 1.1 lb) for every participant.

Extra weight-in:

• Extra weight-in starts on April 10 in the SC “Piskovichi” 
• For children: 7:00 - 9:00 a.m.; 
• For adults: 9 - 11 a.m.

REGULATIONS

Fights of the tournament will be held on 4 mats according to the rules of JJIF NE-WAZA

• Choke and submission holds for the category "Kids I" are prohibited!
• Fights are held according to the Olympic system for categories with five or more participants.
• Fights are held in a rotation system for categories with four or less participants.
• If there is only one participant in a category at the closing time of the registration, the participant can refuse the tournament with a full refund! If the participant does not refuse, then he or she is automatically transferred to the weight category above.

ENTRY FEE:

• Early registration time 1200 rubles for a section.
• Usual registration time 1500 rubles for a section.
• Late registration time 2000 rubles for a section.
• Absolute category 400 rubles in one section.

In order to register in the absolute category, you must be registered in your division.

Every contender should send in a message for identification with information about her or his surname, name, class and weight!

REWARDING:

All winners and awardees are awarded with exclusive medals and certificates!

Those teams, who take 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, are awarded with unique cups.

If there are at least 6 participants in the division, the cash prize of the absolute category for the first place is 5,000 rubles.

• The fastest submission
• The best first performance (white belts only)
• Iron will (For those who didn't succeed to take the 1st place but tried very zealously)

All competitors can be awarded regardless of their category.

(4 is the maximum number of participants for each weight category in ‘Kids I’ category!!! A weight class is closed after 4 participants’ registration and payment done)

• Infant Beginner/Expert (10-11 years old) / 30, 35, 40, 45, 45+ kg. 
• Teen Beginner/Expert (12-14 years old) / 40, 45, 50, 55, 55+ kg. 
• Juvenile (15-17 years old) / 60, 65, 75, 80, 80+ kg. 
• Adult Beginner (17+ years old) / 69, 77, 85, 85+ kg. 
• Adult Expert (17+ years old) / 62, 69, 77, 85, 85+ kg. 
• Master Beginner/Expert (30+ years old) / 69, 77, 85, 85+ kg. 
• Female Beginner/Expert (15+ years old) / 55, 62, 62+ kg
• Female Master Beginner/Expert (30+ years old) / 55, 62, 62+ kg

CATEGORIES NO-GI

• Male Beginner/Expert (17+ years old) / 69, 77, 85, 85+ kg

Absolut categories:

• Adult Absolute category
• Master Absolute category

• (No-Gi) Male/Female Absolute category

ADDITIONALLY:

Following documents are required for weigh-in:

  1. Passport or birth certificate (Mandatory for everyone)

  2. A receipt, permission from parents for the categories: Kids I, Kids II, Kids III, Infant, Teen.

  3. Accident insurance is obligatory for every contender.

Jiu-Jitsu sports should be indicated in the insurance document!

REFUND

100% refund: till 27-03-2021 (11:59 p.m.)

50% refund: till 03-04-2021 (11:59 p.m.)

Change and rejection:

The deadline to make changes 08-04-2021 (02:00 p.m.)
