Sparring competitors must wear WT approved equipment -

1. Groin protector.
2. Shin and Arm guards.
3. Head guards (matching colour or white). Properly fitting, cracks or defects in the headgear will not be allowed.
4. Gloves (WT Style only)
5. Mouthguards are compulsory and must be white or clear.
6. Daedo Electronic Foot Guards. *Manual Daedo may be permitted upon request pending approval of both coaches.
7. **WT Taekwondo chest guard red/blue, additional for matches using manual scoring.

Uniform: Full White WT approved v-neck style dobok and belt (no t-shirts)

IMPORTANT: Competitors can not walk around the club bare-foot for safety reason and it is against the Pittwater RSL Club Policy, Please bring foot wear which can be removed ringside.

* All Competitors must have short finger and toe nails, All jewellery and accessories to be removed.

The Daedo electronic points system will be used for Sparring divisions. E-Socks are compulsory and competitors must supply their own e-socks.
