Uncontested Players: Uncontested players will receive a refund.
Refunds will be processed the week following the event. Please allow 14 working days for this to be processed.

Refund Policy

Any reasons relating to Covid 19 or government restrictions will be fully refunded, please allow 14 days for this to be processed. Refunds will not be given for change of mind. Refunds are the discretion of the competition organisers in the case of illness or injury *(medical letter is required)

IMPORTANT Food and beverage restrictions

This venue is a fully catered venue with restaurants and cafes, They are therefore very strict on 3rd party food and drink being brought into the club. Please do not bring food or drinks other than a water bottle into the building. Visitors that do not respect this rule will be removed from the club by security.
