WEIGH-INS:

Weigh-ins will take place on Saturday morning at the tournament site. Competitors weigh in without the GI.

8:00 am - 9:30 am           Children, Teens, and Juveniles "ONLY"

10:00 am - 12:00 pm       Adults

You have until three days prior to the event to cancel your registration. You have until two days prior to the event to change your division. You may move up one weight class. Youth competitors may move up one skill level. You can update your registration by logging in to your Smoothcomp account. Two days before the event registration will be locked. If we cannot find a suitable opponent for you, teammates excluded, we will offer a full refund. The promoter reserves the right to combine divisions when there are less than three competitors. 

Brackets & Scheduling

Will be available 24 hours before the event. You may view the brackets & schedule at the event using your mobile device. This information will also be displayed on monitors at the tournament venue.

Please be at the venue at least one hour prior to your scheduled time to compete. No refunds will be issued for no shows, with no exceptions.
