Any deliberate misuse or false application of these codes will result in loss of all discounted rates for user/family and each athlete will be required to pay the full $55 regardless of the # of family members. 

DIVISIONS: All divisions EXCEPT Senior Brown and Black Belt will be broken  down into LIGHT WEIGHT, MIDDLE WEIGHT AND HEAVYWEIGHT. DIVISIONS MAY BE COMBINED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE. Coaches, instructors and parents will have an opportunity to review the categories and confirm their child’s/athlete’s suitability for participation.

Early Weigh-In: FRIDAY (4/14) 4PM - 9PM

Tournament Day Registration: 

YONEN (5-12 years) 6:30am - 8:30am

SHONEN (13-16 years) 8:30am - 9:30am

SEINEN (17 years+ ) 9:30am - Noon

COACHES MEETING: 8:30am - 9:00am

REFEREE MEETING: 9:15am - 9:45am

TOURNAMENT STARTS AT 10AM PROMPTLY

Coaches:

- Only coaches certified by USJF, USJA, USA JUDO, are allowed on the mat side for coaching

- All coaches are required to register between 7:30am-10:30am

- Only coaches with coaches wrist band will be allowed at mat side; bands must be visible at all times. 

The tournament Committee reserves the right to make any necessary changes in the best interest of the sport and competitors.

TOURNAMENT RULES:

Eligibility: This tournament is open to all contestants at least (5) years of age on the day of competition and who are registered members in good standing with the United States Judo Federation (USJF), United States Judo Inc. (USA Judo), and the United States Judo Association (USJA). All contestants must present a current and valid USJF, USA Judo, or USJA membership registration card as proof of insurance at the time of registration. Any contestant unable to present a current and valid registration card will be required to purchase or renew membership prior to acceptance of the entry form for this tournament.
