Rules and Divisions

Rules-

   Rules being used for this event are the established rules of the IBJJF.

Divisions-

   Kids, Juveniles, Adults and Masters categories will be available for this event. The weight divisions being used will be the established weight divisions of the IBJJF. A copy of these weight divisions can be found using the following Link.

   We will do our best to keep everyone in their respective age and weight categories/divisions but may contact you about moving divisions based on the attendance of the event. We will contact and confirm any potential changes before they are made final.  

Kids Divisions-

   We know finding kids matches can be one of the most difficult things for a young jiu jitsu athlete. Please register in your correct division and know that we will speak with a parent/guardian about any potential change in division/category. We will do our best to make sure that this is a positive and fun experience for all of our youth competitors.

Uniform-

   Gis and rash guards of any color/design may be used for this event. Please make sure all pieces of your uniform fit appropriately as we will have Gi checks at weigh ins.
