IFA teaches classes in BJJ, JKD concepts, FMA, WCKF, and adapts the most useful techniques from multiple arts and styles. We are not a school of one style or tradition but rather a school where every instructor is still a student first, ever-learning. We welcome cross-training and collaboration with students and instructors from other disciplines and academies. Sharing knowledge and experience enhances our martial culture and benefits us all.
