As part of Team Link BJJ & MMA, we teach traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to both children and adults. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu it is an effective, practical martial art that is very applicable to self-defense situations and is also a fantastic way to stay fit. We offer a balanced curriculum of sport, no-gi, and self defense. The emphasis is on ground-fighting, but we also cover takedowns with and without the kimono (uniform). In the beginning stages of your training we emphasize the fundamental and basic techniques that will eventually be your solid foundation for this exciting martial art. Because the techniques are constantly changing and evolving, we try to offer the most up-to-date techniques coming out of the competition scene.
