English Open Nogi 2024

The English Open NoGi Championship 2024 will be held at the University of East London.

All matches will take place on Sunday 5th May.

The event is the highest ranked competition in the UKBJJA calendar.

Matches will follow IBJJF NoGi rules.

Weigh ins will be on the day you fight, just before your first match. Competitors must weigh in with their competition uniform. If you fail to make weight you will be DQ'd. You will not be able to move divisions on the day 

The event will have Juvenile divisions. Adult divisions. Master divisions 1-7. 

Full refunds available automatically when you withdraw from the tournament up to Midnight on Sunday 28th April 2024 .

If you withdraw before midnight on 29th April you will receive a full refund. If you stay in the competition then you may be matched in a suitable division by our staff, or they may refund you. There will be a £20 charge for refunds issued by our staff as there are significant coats involved in time and paypal charges. 

You can make changes to your registration via your smoothcomp account until midnight on 28th April. 

Absolute division registration will take place on the day and will only be open to medallists. 

All competitors will receive a free T shirt. (subject to availability)

 Team trophies will be given to the top three academies.

Coaches passes will be applied automatically. Minimum 5 competitors per pass. 

Rashguard and shorts must be worn. Ranked equipment not required. 

Free car parking is available behind the facility. 

Spectator fees are £10 per person, payable on the day. 

Matches will follow IBJJF NoGi rules. 

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or admission. The respect rule will be in operation and any competitor, coach or spectator that breaks this rule may be removed from the event.
