WHO CAN COMPETE:

Anyone with a European, Middle Eastern or African passport can participate in the championship.

Competitors younger than 18 years need to present a written letter of consent from a parent or a legal guardian.

Friday 5 -10 PM  @  NEW LOCATION ->  Hotel  Westin Zagreb   

Saturday  7:30-09 AM @  SD Sutinska Vrela (the competition hall )

The fights are scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM

The venue is open at  8am February 17th  for all competitors and coaches for registration process.

Medical clearance:

All athletes registered for this tournament must have a medical clearance certificate for sports practice dated less than six months before the date of the competition, indicating no objections for participating in martial arts competitions.

Medical examination  can  be done during  weighing and check in process:

 Friday  5-10 pm  @ NEW LOCATION - Hotel Westin Zagreb

 Saturday / 7:30-09  am competition hall  SD Sutinska Vrela,     ( cost  10 EUR  )

ALL ATHLETES MUST BE ON TIME FOR REGISTRATION PROCESS! Don't be late! An official obligatory rules meeting for all athletes and coaches will be held at 09:15 on the center mat.

Doors for spectators are open at 09.00. Spectators entrance: free

Payment has to be paid before the last registration date to bank account. Transfer fee is always on the competitor side. Title of the payment has to contain FIGHTERS NAME, CATEGORY AND WEIGHT.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Athletes must be present for weigh-in when the division is called. Athletes who are overweight will be automatically disqualified and cannot compete.

No refund of competiton fees in any case of wrong registrations, not showing up for fight or being disqualified for overweight or not being at the registration and/or weigh-in or any other reasons.

Athletes who are alone in a category and do not move to other categories on their own will be automatically moved to a higher category.

February  9th 12.00 p.m. (noon) is the final date for any changes in the lists. To change your division  please make changes by yourself at www.smothcomp.com. Final Brackets will be published on February 15th. A detailed timetable will be announced on the February 15th.
