Rumble in the Uptown

The Rumble in the Uptown is our Semi-Annual Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournament

This event will be hosted at Legacy Jiu-Jitsu Academy and is open to all kids ages 4-15 with a registration fee of $10.

REGISTRATION:

Registration is Open!

8:00 AM - Doors Open/Weigh-Ins
9:00 AM - Rules Meeting
9:30 AM - Tournament Starts

Registration is $10 per child.

The tournament will be a Round Robin tournament following the IBJJF rule sets.

The registration will close on Friday September 22nd at 12:00 PM.

Any changes to weight or cancellations need to be made prior to 12:00 PM on Friday September 22nd.

REFUND POLICY: Our policy on refunds is as follows: Refunds submitted before registration closing will be refunded.

Competitors should log into your account and cancel your registration yourself. If after registration closes, we cannot provide you with a match we will refund your registration 100%. 'No Show' athletes forfeit their registration fee in full. Funds are not rolled over.      We do not accept ANY changes after registration closes. 

COMPETITOR LISTS: Competitor Lists can be viewed at the registrations tab on the event page.

WEIGH INS: The weigh-ins will take place the day of. The doors will open at 8:00 AM and weigh-ins will start at 8:00 AM.  

Youth/Junior Gi - weigh-in in gi pants only.

WARM UP MATS: The Muay Thai mats will be available for warm-ups. 

BRACKETS & RESULTS: Brackets & final placements are live updated and readily available on the results tab of the event page. 

AWARDS: Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be presented on the podium to placing athletes. 

T-SHIRTS: We are working with our T-Shirt company to possibly have them on site to do on site production. 

PHOTOS: We will have a professional photographer supporting this event!
