REFUND POLICY: Should this tournament be rescheduled. You will be given the option of an IMMEDIATE REFUND or a CREDIT for a future tournament.

You are also entitled to a 100% refund if you withdraw from the event prior to registrations closing which is the Thursday before the event at 2.00pm.

If you are injured between Thursday 2.00pm and the start of the tournament you are entitled to a 100% refund provided you can give medical evidence (doctor or physio) of your injury. This refund must be claimed within 5 working days of the tournament ending.
