2022 SUBMISSION STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS. THERE ARE NO POINTS OR ADVANTAGES, SIMPLY A SUBMISSION OR A DRAW.
SGT TOURNAMENTS ARE A SUBMISSION BASED GRAPPLING EVENT.
SUBMISSION ONLY:
No points or advantages awarded.
If there are no submissions, the bout will be deemed a DRAW.
ROUND ROBIN:
Each of our competitors will face each other (up to 6 bouts per division based on a random draw). Not matter if you win, lose or draw, you will continue to the next bout.
If there is a division of 2 athlete's, the division will be a 'best of three'. If there are no submissions in the division, no medals will be awarded.
GI AND NO-GI DIVISIONS:
We run both Gi and NO-GI divisions on the same day. You can choose to do one or both.
Competing in both will give the athlete a 10% discount on the registration fee at check out.
Kids, Teens and Adults have the option to choose from the two divisions or compete in both.
* Please Note: ADULTS NO-GI DIVISION FOR PURPLE BELT AND ABOVE RUN A 'FULL SUBMISSION' RULESET INCLUDING HEEL HOOKS, LEG ROTATIONS AND TWISTERS etc
