Do you want something to look forward to in the dark and cold? Join us for our grappling camp in Tenerife!

How?

- Book a flight ticket to Tenerife's southern airport. Book your flight early to get a cheap and fast flight. Many people travel at holidays, it gets full fast. 

- Take a taxi or rental car to the villa, Villa Tinizara, Callejón Rocha 2, Las Rosas (Las Galletas) 38631 Arona, Spain (approx. 20 euros)

Training plan

You have the opportunity to train two coach-led sessions SW / BJJ per day. About 09.30-11.00 and 18.00-19.30. The classes are adapted so that you can cope with the entire week's training plan. It is possible to choose gi or nogi on all sessions, coaching is complicated with mixed sessions but the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

Almost every class has some takedown drills.

During the week you will be given the opportunity to try breathing sessions and basic yoga sessions as recovery activities in addition to pool and / or sea baths. It is possible to use the bjj-mat in addition to the offered classes.

Recommendations; if you want to explore the island it is recommended to train one session per day. If you want to focus more on the grappling it is better to relax by the pool and near the house between the sessions.

Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included

Participants are responsible for the food themselves. We often make barbeques together.

There are two well-equipped kitchens.

Rental car can be arranged if required.

At least three months of grappling experience is recommended.

50-60 sqm bjj mat that is 40 mm thick is available, we train outdoors on the roof of the villa.

What to bring? 

You only need a small bag (40 l) to bring on the plane. Avoid extra bag an unnecessary things. 

- One gi and one nogi outfit if you do both

- Two gis if you only do gi

- Two nogi outfits if you only do nogi

- Sports tape

- Mouth guard?

- Knee and elbow protection?

- Nail cutter

- Soap/shampoo

- Daily clothes

- Sandals and summer shoes

- Swimming suit

- Toothbrush etc

- Sunglasses/sunscreen

Price

320 euro or 3200 SEK per person

Accommodation and training are included in that price.

Anyone who wants to have their own accommodation or participate in individual scheduled classes can also participate. A class costs 20 euro or 200 SEK.
