Gorilla Cup November 2018

Gorilla Cup: Sunday, November 11th, 2018

Location: Columbia Falls High School

Doors Open @ 9:00am | Event Starts @ 10:00am

FORMAT and PROTOCOL: The Gorilla Cup will follow Double Elimination formatting meaning that all competitors get at least 2 matches for signing up.

THIS TOURNAMENT IS PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY!

We do not take late registrations or registrations at the event!

Registration Fee: $30/person

Spectators: $5 per person or $20 for immediate family

CHANGING DIVISIONS: You will have until 5pm the day after registration closes to make any changes to your registration. You can make these changes by logging into your account and modifying your registration details. After this change deadline, your registration will become locked in, and there will no further changes allowed.

REFUND POLICY: After change deadline, there will be no refunds or future credits issued. Refunds and Credits can be retrieved by logging into your account and cancelling your event registration.

WEIGH-INS: Takes place on the day of the event upon your arrival to the event. You WILL have to weigh-in with your gi on. You must make weight for your division or else you will be disqualified. We ask that you make sure to be present in the venue at least 60 minutes prior your division start time as well in case we are able to get head starts on certain divisions.

COACHES and CROWD CONTROL: We will have 1 chair on each side of every score table, 1 for each coach of the competitor on the mat. The only other people allowed behind the mats during the tournament are the competitors on the mat having their match and the competitors on deck.

MEDALS and PODIUM PHOTOS: Beautiful gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded to all podium finishers. During the post-week of events, we will upload an album of an event's podium photos to our Facebook page.

MEDIC ON HAND: There will be a trained and professional medic on sight that we can trust with the safety of our competitors whether they need ice, get injured, or need advice on previous injuries.
