GI AND NO-GI DISCOUNT
If you register at once for both the gi and no-gi divisions you will receive a discount of €10,- on your total order value, for kids and teens the discount is €5,-.
WEIGH-IN
There is one weight-in moment between 9:00 – 12:00 hours. Make sure you are on time!
FIGHT TIME
Check out Smoothcomp before and during the tournament to check the estimated time of your first match. Make sure you are present for the weigh-in and at least one hour before your first match, since it could be busy at the weight- in area.
It is your responsibility to be on time at the mat. If you don't show up at the mat after 3 calls a DQ will follow. Check the screens and your phone for te estimated time of your match.

KIDS & TEENS
Kids & Teens must bring their ID to verify their age.
Kids & Teens must have permission from their parents. The parent or legal representative of a minor participating in the tournament further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the indemnified parties from all loss on account of any claims presented against them by or on behalf of their child or ward.
VISITORS
Supporters are welcome. To help the Primal Games grow we ask a small entrance fee of €3,-.

REFUNDS
It is not possible to get a refund (couponcode) if you cancel your registration after the 4th of June 2019. Before this date you will receive a couponcode for the next event.
