Special awards: Overall Total Medals Team Champion $500.00 Grant , Trophies for Most Outstanding Advanced Male, Most Outstanding Advanced Female, Most Outstanding Novice Athlete M/F, Fastest ippon advanced, Fastest ippon Novice . 

There will be NO WALK UP REGISTRATION for this event! Everyone must register on the smooth comp platform.

*** Payment for Early Registration is $83.00 ; Late Registration is $93.00, fees include the Service Fee charged by the Service Provider.

ATHLETE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
All athletes must be USAJUDO members to participate in this event.  

No waivers for USJF,USJA members.  USAJUDO offers event only membership for non point competitors or trial membership for 45 days.  Additional information at usajudo.org / membership.

To assure that the requirements for participation in the Championships have been fulfilled, the following forms must be acknowledged and agreed too. 

- Warning, Waiver, Release of Liability and Agreement to Participate.

-  Division change Authorization, Power of Attorney (if applicable).

Required documentation

***** Proof of Age: Must be presented at the tournament site at weigh -ins. 

Acceptable proofs of age: Copy of birth certificate, passport, or USA JUDO membership with verified proof of age. A driver’s license is not proof of age or citizenship!  

- Copy of current USA JUDO membership card. Cards may be purchased on line at www.usajudo.com.
