Our Interclubs are renowned for running smoothly with the objective of preparing all athletes mentally and physically for major competitions.

IBJJF Ruleset

Men's Weight Classes -76kg / -90kg / +90kg

Women's Weight Classes -61kg/ -69kg / +69kg

Adult under 35 / Master Over 35 years of age

Weigh in at 9am, starts at 9:30am

Entry is £30 until November 16th then £35 until registration closes on November 19th 13:00 (We closed early)

The weight classes are a guide. Depending on the number of competitors, we plan to create extra categories to group those closest in weight together.

Please do NOT lose sleep or go overboard to cut weight. We will be flexible within reason.
