We are the only Gracie affiliated school in Alamance County. The head instructor, Aitor “Spenser” Canup received his Black Belt from Royce Gracie and continues to teach the Gracie Methodology. We are the best place to train in Alamance County and we will ensure you are learning proper jiu jitsu techniques when you train with us. We have students ages 3-76 years old at our school.
