Shifu Chuantong Lin is an International Wushu Champion! Shifu started his kung fu training at age 7 and has since received both national and international awards. Starting at age 7, Shifu Lin lived full time at the prestigious Shaolin Temple Tagou Martial Arts School in Henan, China. There he trained for 12+ hrs a day, 7 days a week, under many famous, authentic Shaolin Kung Fu Masters. Of note, Shifu Lin Studied directly under Grand Master Haike Liu, who is now the head master of Shaolin Temple. The temple houses over 25,000 students at once, of which Shifu Lin rose through skill and determination to eventually become an instructor at the age of 20. Shifu Lin became the head instructor for the large high level performance team. There he trained performance teams as large as 3,700 students for live events and TV. Many years later, Shifu Lin was hired as a professional stuntman on several Donnie Yen, Kung Fu movies. There he performed many of the action sequences as both an assailant and as a stand in for Donnie Yen. Shifu Lin then joined several High Profile, Big Budget shows including the Highly praised Legends Of Kung Fu where he was a leading role. This show traveled the world to play on all of the big stages, London, Paris, New York, & Hong Kong to name a few. During this tour, Shifu Lin performed more than 1,000 shows. Now a US Citizen, Shifu Lin founded Shaolin Kung Fu & Tai Chi of Bridgewater in 2013, to bring AUTHENTIC Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi to students in America. Shifu Lin currently holds the rank of 8th Dan International Grand Master as awarded by International Wushu Federation.
