Welcome to the COPA CANTAGALO NOGI on the 5th of March 2022 this tournament will be FOR ADULTS ONLY, WHITE AND BLUE BELTS.

Schedule:

fights starts 10:00

weight in 30 minutes before your first fight

Men will be divided into five categories

Women will be divided into four categories

Men categories:

- 61 Klios / - 73 Kilos / - 85 Kilos / - 97 Kilos / + 97 Kilos

Women categories:

- 51 Kilos / - 61Kilos / - 71 Kilos / + 71 Kilos

Prizes:

Big medals, the size that athletes deserve.

Gold medal for first place

Silver medal for second place

Bronze medal for third place

This tournament will be run under the rules of the IBJJF
