Om Chiu BJJ
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at our club will involve: takedowns derived from Judo and wrestling; pulling guard and sweeps; groundwork that leads to dominant positions; and finally submissions.
Inversely you will also learn to: prevent and counter takedowns; open and pass guards; recover from inferior positions; and escape from submissions
Both Self defence as well as Competition style BJJ will be covered.
