This is a Gi and No Gi event. You may enter both divisions for no additional cost. 

THIS EVENT IS NOW PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY. No entries will be accepted under any circumstances after 11:59pm on February 14, 2019. No exceptions. 

In an effort to make this event available to everyone and to encourage a huge community-wide event, we have decided to only charge $45 per competitor if you. This is much less than the entry fee to many similar tournaments.

EBI Rules for No Gi Divisions; Modified IBJJF Rules for Gi Divisions (no advantages)

6 Minute Matches for adults. 4 minutes for kids. 

Weight Classes for men and women. 

White Belt and Blue Belt Divisions

Purple/Brown/Black Belts will all be in same division, divided by weight class.

COMPETITOR LISTS: Competitor Lists will be live throughout the registration process and can be viewed by checking out the registrations tab on the event page. Do not hesitate to register early. In the event that we are unable to find you fair matches, we will issue you a full refund.

CHANGING DIVISIONS: You will have until 5pm the day after registration closes to make any changes to your registration. You can make these changes by logging into your account and modifying your registration details. After this change deadline, your registration will become locked in, and there will no further changes allowed. We reserve the right to merge you after change deadline if you are alone in your division into another fair division if available.

REFUND POLICY: We issue refunds for an event registration until 14 days before the event. From the early bird date to the change deadline, only credits will be issued for future events. After change deadline, there will be no refunds or future credits issued. Refunds and Credits can be gotten by logging into your account and cancelling your event registration.

BRACKETS and SCHEDULE: 48 hours prior to the tournament, the event brackets and tentative schedule will be released. You will be able to locate both on the event page brackets and schedule tab. 

WEIGH-INS: Takes place on the day of the event. You must weigh-in anytime up to at least 60 minutes before your scheduled division start time. You do not have to weigh-in with your gi on. You only need to weigh-in once if competing in several divisions. You must make weight for your division or else you will be disqualified. You only need to weigh-in once if competing in several divisions. We ask that you make sure to be present in the venue at least 60 minutes prior your division start time as well in case we are able to get head starts on certain division.

MEDIC ON HAND: There will be a trained and professional medic on sight. 

WARM UP MATS: We will have a warm up area available for all competitors.

BEST OVERALL TEAM: Team standings, points, and medal counts are live updated to and readily available on the results tab of the event page. 

DIVISION RESULTS: Division brackets along with their final placements are live updated to and readily available on the results tab of the event page.

BLACK BELTS and ACTIVE MMA PROS: As an appreciation for their time invested and commitment to our sport as a martial artist, we give free registration to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belts and Active professional mixed martial arts fighters looking to compete in our tournaments.
