We understand that sickness, injury and inclement weather can cause problems.
Cancellation of registration and admission tickets will be permitted anytime, however, full refunds will only be given up until midnight on May 16 50% refunds given until midnight on May 18nth
NO REFUNDS after April 27 nth 2024
NO SHOW = NO REFUND.
If you DO NOT contact us and DO NOT show up, SORRY you won't get any money back.
Reminder we reserve the right to refuse anyone for conduct with NO REFUND due to discretion of referees and officials
