9:00 AM to 9:30 AM - Black Belt Meeting

9:30 AM to 1:00 PM - Ages 11 & Under

1:30 PM - Chon-Ji Challenge (all competitors)

2:00 PM to 5:00 PM - Ages 12 & Up

Competition Fees

REGISTRATION FEE - $75 per Competitor

* There will be NO REGISTRATIONS accepted after November 6, 2019

Rules & Regulations

Pattern Competition:

Pattern Competition in the ITF Warrior Cup will be run according to the ITF Rules in a "Double Elimination" Style. In order to be eliminated - each competitor must lose 2 times.

Each round 2-competitors will face each other and perform one or two patterns depending on the belt level of the competitor (black belts will perform 2-designated patterns each round while color belts will perform 1-optional pattern).

Competitors will continue to compete until 1st, 2nd and 3rd place is determined.

Sparring Competition:

Sparring Competition in the ITF Warrior Cup will be run according to ITF Rules in a "Double Elimination" Style. In order to be eliminated - each competitor must lose 2 times.

Each round 2-competitors will face each other. Black Belts will spar for 2-rounds of 2-minutes while color belts will compete for 1-round of 2-minutes.

The point system is as follows:

1-point for any punch

2-points for any kick to the body

3-points for any kick to the head

Competitors continue to compete until 1st, 2nd and 3rd place is determined.

Sunday Seminar with Master Jarek Jedut

Master Jarek Jedut is an VIII Degree Black Belt from Poland who will be joining the ITF Technical Committee shortly. He is famous for giving great seminars throughout Europe and South America.

He is the instructor of the Legendary Master Jaroslaw Suska (the 6x World Champion in Male Patterns- 4th to 6th Degree). He was the National Head Coach of Poland for many years and is very influential in why their performance has kept Poland in the top 5 spots of every World Championships over the last 30+ years.

He will be visiting San Jose for the ITF Warrior Cup in November 2019 and has agreed to conduct a Technical Seminar. We can all benefit from his knowledge and experience to help bring our students to the next level here in North America as well as at the World Level.

10:00 AM to 01:00 PM - Morning Training Session (Yellow Belt & up)

01:00 PM to 02:30 PM - Lunch Break

02:30 PM to 04:30 PM - Afternoon Training Session (Red Belt & up)

04:30 PM to 5:30 PM - Special Training for Black Belts (2nd Dan & Up)
