'You Fight' Galliza Cancer Benefit

This is the inaugural Invitational and Superfight Benefit event for BJJ black belt Agenor Galliza. Galliza developed cancer that eventually spread to his lungs which took him from us. He loved BJJ as it was such a huge part of his life. His goal was to one day have his own school here in the US but cancer took him far too soon. We are hoping to make this a yearly event to preserve his legacy through BJJ and to benefit those he loved and left behind.

***This is a not-for-profit event and all proceeds will go directly to the Galliza family and cancer research.***

This event will follow an Absolute Over/Under format.

-Male Blue/Purple and Brown/Black-Under 185lbs and Under and Over Divisions

-Female Blue/Purple and Brown/Black-Under 150lbs and Under and Over Divisions

-We are looking to have 4-person brackets with single elimination.

-No-gi 'Submission Only' with EBI Overtime

-In the event we can not secure a suitable amount of mixed belts for the event, we will have seperate belt brackets with the same format.

-Only First Place winners will receive a trophy.

-A Super-Fight Main Event will take place last that is guaranteed to be exciting with the winner receiving the Galliza 'YOU FIGHT' Cancer Benefit Champion belt.

-Spectators will be limited and require a minimum $15 donation to benefit the cause.

-The event will be live streamed live with a minimum $10 donation to view online.
