ABSOLUTE DIVISIONS
All Adult and Master competitors can register for the Absolute Division for an additional fee of $20.
Competitors must register for the Absolute Division in advance. When registering for the Adult or Masters divisions, you will be given the option to register for the Absolute Division. If you choose not to add the Absolute Division upon tournament registration you will NOT be able to select that option at a later date.

DIVISION CHANGES
Competitors will have until 20 November 2019 to make changes to their registration. Changes can be made online, by logging into the account and modifying the registration details.
NOTE: We reserve the right to merge divisions.
BRACKETS & SCHEDULE
Brackets and tournament schedule will be published on the event page on 21 November 2019.
All competitors and spectators will be able to access a REAL-TIME schedule on their mobile device. This feature allows the most up-to-date information regarding brackets, fight time and results.
WEIGH-INS
Weigh in for all competitors will open at 8.30am. Competitors must weigh-in no less than 45 minutes prior to scheduled division start time. Weigh-in is mandatory to ALL registered competitors. Competitors who fail to make weight, or do not show up on time for weigh-ins, will be automatically disqualified.
IMPORTANT: No refund or credits will be given to competitors who fail to appear for the weigh-ins, or do not make weight. Please consider drive time, parking and traffic, as these are not valid reasons for missing weigh-ins.
COACH INFORMATION
Coaches must maintain a respectful attitude at all times towards the referees, staff and competitors. All coaches are required to display an official JJFA mat pass at all times.
RESULTS
Results are live updated to and readily available on the results tab of the Smoothcomp event page.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds can be requested until 15 November 2019 Once the tournament registration closes, no refunds will be issued. Refunds can only be requested online, by logging into the tournament registration page. Absolutely NO refund will be given after 15 November 2019.
We will fully refund your entry if we are unable to provide any match options.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Compete at this tournament at your own risk. The organization is not liable for any injuries that happens during the tournament. By registering for The Rickson Gracie Cup Australia, you assume full responsibility and liability for all damages, injuries and losses that you, or your child may sustain while participating in the tournament.
IMPORTANT INFO
- Refer to the Brackets & Schedule link to know when you should be at the event and inside the warm up area
- It is mandatory to have an official government photo ID at all times
- Athletes who place in 1st, 2nd and 3rd in their division will receive a medal at the event
- Any false information provided during registration such as, but not limited to, belt rank or date of birth, may lead to immediate disqualification
- Competitors can change their current division by login in to their event profile
- JJFA reserves the right to close registration early if capacity is reached
