The following is our plan to keep everyone covid safe for our tournament

1. sanitising stations and temperature check at door . each mat and warm up area

2. no spectators permitted only competitors . No coaches. 1+ parent for kids under 10 years

3. Mandatory face masks for everyone. Take off only to compete

4. pre register only 

5. scattering division times to keep inside numbers at a minimum 

6. all attendees details recorded 

7. clean mats between time slots

8. social distancing to be implemented

9. must be seated when not competing

10. must leave arena when division is finished 

11. safety plan will be available at entry
