Format and Weight Divisions

This will be a No-Gi event and will follow the United World Wrestling rules for grappling, subjected to modifications to cater to a more student-friendly environment. 

All categories will be subjected to the weight classes listed below: 

Men’s (18-26 years old):                      Women’s (18-26 years old):

Under-61kg, 55 kg minimum               Under-52kg, 45kg minimum

Under-71kg, 62kg minimum                Under-58kg, 52kg minimum

Under-79kg, 72kg minimum                Under-65kg, 58kg minimum

Under-90kg, 80kg minimum

There will be a 1kg weight allowance. 

Weigh-ins will be conducted in the morning, 1.5 hours before the start of event

Beginners - Less than one year of combined experience 

Intermediate - More than one year of combined experience

  *Combined experience across both Gi and No-Gi Grappling/BJJ

Awards and Prizes

Competitors who attain 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each division will be awarded medals as prizes. There will also be “Outstanding Submission Award” and “Outstanding Takedown Award” in consideration of all the general categories. All participants will receive an electronic certificate of participation.

Registration Date and Fees

To register by: 20th November
Fee	SGD 20.00

An additional levy fee of SGD 40.00 will be imposed on registration made after 20th November. No sign-ups will be accepted after 26th November.

Competitors representing their club/CCA will enjoy a discount through a coupon code issued to their respective schools.

Refunds/cancellations

In the event that there are no competitors in your registered division, competitors will be given an option to join the next available one. We will do our best to find the closest division available and the competitor/parent/guardian will be informed of the change.
