OPEN EUROPEAN AMATEUR SHOOTO CHAMPIONSHIPS 2024

Tournament starts: 19:00 PM  

Saturday, September the 28th, 2024, we will organize the 21st Open European Amateur Shooto Championships 2024.

RULES
In the preliminary rounds, the fights will be 1 x 4 minutes and in the finals, the fights will be 2 x 3 minutes. In case of a draw in de finals, there will be an extra round of 2 minutes. For more information regarding the rules and weight classes, please click here.  

GEAR
The fighters will have to fight with protection gear as it will be an Amateur Competition.
The organization will supply Shooto gloves. The fighters will have to bring their own groin protection, mouth piece, knee- and shin protection.
NO headgear will be used during the Open European Amateur Shooto Championships.

WEIGHING
Weighing and doctor check on Saturday September the 28th, 2024 from 17.30 to 18.15 PM
FIGHTERS WHO ARE NOT ON WEIGHT OR ARE TOO LATE FOR THE WEIGH-IN WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM THE TOURNAMENT!! WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS!

COMPETITION FEE
The competition fee will be €10,- per person and will have to be paid at the weigh-in.

IMPORTANT
Every fighter has to register with the Dutch Fighting Sports Authority (Vechtsport Autoriteit). This is similar to the State Athletic Commission in the USA.

ENTRANCE FEE
Family, friends and other spectators have to pay €30,- (excl. €1,65 booking costs) to enter the venue and watch the tournament. Doors open at 18:30 PM. Click here to buy your tickets.

Each gym can bring 2 coaches for free. We hope to see you all in this great tournament.
