Carlson Gracie Vilonia is a Jiu-Jitsu Academy located in the heart of Vilonia, on Main Street directly across the road from Vilonia Elementary, Jr. High and High School! Go Eagles! Every person, no matter their age, size, skill level, or athletic abilities can learn this discipline. It is important to understand that this is not an art meant to attack others but rather to defend yourself or others when danger may present itself. Other goals of our school include learning discipline, focus, resilience, physical and mental conditioning, and increasing your confidence in your abilities. Our mindset is that Jiu-Jitsu is a lifelong journey, never perfected, but always practiced. We aim to help you become a better version of yourself and to continue to build your skills on and off the mat one day at a time. With these important concepts in mind, we have designed programs to more efficiently work with all age groups.
