At Eastside Dojo, we believe in the power of positive reinforcement. We help our students grow their confidence, build discipline, and become the best they can be. We provide an open environment for all to learn and work out together - with the common goal to improve skill, wellness, and ability to compete. Judo training isn't just about throws, pins, and submissions -- it's about striving to be better. But Judo isn't just for kids! We've also helped adults from across our community develop more robust fitness, learn practical self-defense, and feel revitalized!
