Since 2002 Dynamix Fighting Sports have arranging these educations and over the years we have educated more than 550 instructors. We focus on why and what and you will be able to use your new skills directly. 

How to teach your students in the most efficient way?
We will teach Dynamix Fighting Sports methodical and pedagogic models and give you the tools you need to become a good instructor.

SPORT JU-JUTSU

Theme 2023 for Sport JJ: 
This course focus on how we can plan training sessions and how we can adapt exercises and techniques according to a target group’s technical and physical abilities. We will also focus on transitions between the different parts and how we can train it. The course also covers leadership, pedagogy and first aid.”

(svenska) På kursen lär vi oss hur vi kan bygga upp träningspass och hur vi kan anpassa övningar och tekniker efter en målgrupps tekniska- och fysiska kvaliteter. Vi kommer även att lägga fokus på övergångar mellan de olika delarna och hur vi kan träna det. Kursen tar även upp ledarskap, pedagogik och första hjälpen.

All instructors have a very long background as instructors, running their respective academy for many years. During their guidance they have helped everyone from beginners to world class athletes to reach their goals.

💰 PAYMENT

The course is 2000 kr (pay at the checkout). After the 31:th of July and if there are spots left the cost is 2500 kr. It is the day that you pay that decides the cost of the course. The fee can be paid using a creditcard or in Sweden with Swish (+46705759952)
