JUST1 School of Jiu Jitsu is a family orientated Academy with a focus on self protection and personal development through martial arts. We run age-specific programs from ages 4 Through to adults. Students learn confidence & focus, age specific self defence, make new friends and have a great time. The idea of using Jiu-Jitsu as a tool for promoting physical fitness, mental health, community engagement and personal development would have a positive impact on the health, well-being, social cohesion and economic development of the community. It can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve physical fitness, and promote discipline, respect and focus, while also being a great way to make friends and be part of a supportive community.
