We are very proud to be the only affiliate of the word-class Atos Jiu-jitsu team in Hong Kong and honored to have Rodrigo Caporal as our head instructor in Espada. Our premier fitness studio located in Sheung Wan offers different classes for all ages, from Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Boxing, Yoga, HIIT and more.
Along with a team of seasoned instructors and champions on and off the matt, and quality coaching, we take pride in creating a family-oriented atmosphere for all our students. We believe that anyone can benefit not only from our Jiu-jitsu classes but also with our other programs.
