Stealth Sub Series - Phuket (Gi and No-Gi)

Introduction:

Stealth Grappling welcomes you to our international submission only tournament series! Our mission is to elevate the level of submission grapplers worldwide and create the conditions needed for success at the international and world championship level.

We're looking forward to bringing our circuit to the grappling hotspot that is Thailand for the first time! Big thanks to Phuket Fight Club for allowing us the use of their huge mat space for the day.

Our tournaments are round robin to ensure you have plenty of matches on the day. With shorter rounds and no points, we encourage you to hunt for the finish and prove yourself as one of the best submission artists in the country. Come test your skills in a friendly, yet competitive environment!

Event Date: Saturday 18th November
Location: Phuket Fight Club - 19/2 Moo 3 Soi Palai, Chalong, Phuket 83130, Thailand
Weigh-in time: 8am-12pm (see the 'Weigh-in' tab for more details)
Doors open: 8am
Rules briefing: 8.45am
Matches start: 9am
Spectator fee: 100 baht per adult, 50 baht per child aged 5-12 (under 5s are free)

Division discounts/details:

Sign up for either the gi or no-gi weight division and get 400 baht off the other one, and sign up for one absolute division and get the other free!

2 divisions (kids) - 1,200 baht
2 divisions (youths) - 1,600 baht
2 divisions (adults) - 2,000 baht
4 divisions (adults) - 2,400 baht

Divisions will be visible the entire time so you know who's signed up ahead of time, and brackets will be released 2 days prior to the event.

3. We will also accept cash on the day - please email us before 9pm on the 15th of November to confirm you'll be competing, so that we can approve your entry.

Prizegiving:

Prizegiving will be held as soon as the division ends - if you place 1st, 2nd or 3rd, please go straight to the podium to receive your medal.

Gi divisions will be run first, then no-gi - If you're competing in both divisions and you medal in your gi division, please go straight to the podium to receive your medal, before changing into your no-gi gear. 

Teammate policy: In rare cases where only teammates from the same academy are in a division, competitors will have half of the cost of the division refunded via credit.

Spectator policy:

Coaches and parents of children who are competing are considered spectators. We understand you have already paid for your child's entry, however we need to cover our costs (running competitions is expensive) and having a door charge for everyone who enters is simply easier at the door. Please keep this in mind and be kind to our door staff.
