South Coast Regional Championship - Masters Edition

Please note that this event is capped at 100 registrations.

RULES

IBJJF ruleset will be used.

Doors will open at 9:00. First match will start at 9:30.

Competitors can weigh in any time until 30 minutes before their division starts. You can find out your match times once the brackets are published.

Each division's 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will receive medals.

The academy with the highest points will receive a team trophy.

There will be prize pots available for the winner of each absolute division. The prize pot will be determined by the number of registrations. All absolute division registrations will go to the prize pot, e.g. if there are 10 registrations in the division, the prize pot will be £150; if there are 20 registrations in the division, the prize pot will be £300...

REGISTRATION

Registration costs £20 for one division. You can register to compete in both gi and nogi for £30. You must register to your own weight division to be able to take part in absolute division. Absolute division registration costs an additional £15. 

Registration is between 5 February 2024 12:00-31 March 2024 23:59. Registrations may be closed before this date if maximum capacity is reached.

You can cancel or edit your registration until 31 March 2024 23:59. If you cancel your registration until this date, you will receive 100% refund.

Brackets will be released on 2 April 2024.

SPECTATORS

Spectators can enter for free. However, our spectator space is very limited.

Masters 2: 40 years and above 

White Belt - Men - Gi (-70kg, -75kg, -80kg, -85kg, -90kg, -95kg, -100kg, +100kg)

Blue Belt - Men - Gi (-70kg, -75kg, -80kg, -85kg, -90kg, -95kg, -100kg, +100kg)

White Belt - Men - Nogi (-70kg, -75kg, -80kg, -85kg, -90kg, -95kg, -100kg, +100kg)

Blue Belt - Men - Nogi (-70kg, -75kg, -80kg, -85kg, -90kg, -95kg, -100kg, +100kg)

White Belt - Women - Gi (-60kg, -65kg, -70kg, +70kg)

Blue Belt - Women - Gi (-60kg, -65kg, -70kg, +70kg)

White Belt - Women - Nogi (-60kg, -65kg, -70kg, +70kg)

Blue Belt - Women - Nogi (-60kg, -65kg, -70kg, +70kg)

Weight categories may be merged if there are less than 2 people in a division.

You have 0.5kg weight allowance.

Weigh-ins will be done without the gi.
