ABSOLUTE CHAMPIONSHIP:

• PRIZES WORTH UP TO $2,500 PER DIVISION
• Additional Registration Fee: $100/athlete (no coupon codes applicable)
• Open to ALL Adult Male & Female Belt Levels (must be 18+)
• Offering Gi and No Gi Divisions (Single Elimination)
• Minimum 4 entries per division for prizes to be awarded.

YOUTH DISCLAIMER:

Youth Athletes are provided a 2 lbs allowance; however, in fairness to all Youth Athletes, please consider registering your Youth Athlete up a weight class if they are bordering the heavier division to avoid potential disqualification. Youth Athletes weighing over the 2 lbs allowance will be subject to disqualification.

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES:

• Athletes can only register for ONE Gi and ONE No Gi Division
• Athletes competing in Gi and No Gi MUST register for at least the same weight class
• Athletes competing in Gi and No Gi weigh in ONCE with Gi & belt on
• Athletes must be registered using their age as of the date of the tournament
• ALL Athletes are guaranteed two matches, unless their opponent is a no show, or is disqualified the day of the event
• NEW: Youth Male & Female Athletes combined to maximize brackets
• Adult & Masters Athletes may be combined to maximize brackets
• If Adult & Masters Athletes are registered for Expert No Gi - IBJJF Black Belt Rules, plus Heel Hooks & Reaping apply
• Youth Athletes 16 years of age or older MUST request a Parental Consent Form from [email protected] in order to compete in an Adult (18+) Division. Discretion to accept will be at the sole discretion of CBJJF Inc.

• WAITLIST Athletes can register until April 10th

MOVEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:

No movement requests are processed by CBJJF Inc. via email, unless it's regarding an athlete alone in a division.

Changes to any Athlete's Registration, or Cancellation to any Athlete's Registration, MUST be initiated by the Adult Athlete or Youth Athlete's Parent/Guardian in Smoothcomp. Login to your profile and select "My Account". Then, click "Edit" for this event. To cancel an athlete's registration, click "Cancel".

NO MOVEMENT REQUESTS ARE PERMITTED AFTER APRIL 6th, UNLESS AN ATHLETE IS ALONE IN A DIVISION. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT WEIGHT CLASS BY THEN.

Adult Athletes, and Parents/Guardians of Youth Athletes, are SOLELY responsible for ensuring they are registered in the proper weight category.

NO movement accommodations are made the day of the event UNLESS an Athlete becomes the sole competitor AND the CBJJF Head Table determines it is possible to move the Athlete without disrupting active matches or the schedule. This decision is at the sole discretion of CBJJF Inc. and is likely ONLY possible if there is ample time to do so.

REFUND & CREDIT POLICY:

UPDATE: 5% processing fee applies to refunds and credits until normal registration closes. 

95% Refunds are available until 14 FEB 2025
95% Credits are available until 03 MAR 2025
50% Credits are available until 31 MAR 2025
NO Credits or Refunds are available after 31 MAR 2025
