Final Kumite 2

Final Kumite is a new 8 persons bracket style event in Brighton. This edition is open to all white and blue belts : below 100 kg for male brackets and below 75kg for female brackets. Weight is without the Gi.

It is a hybrid Gi/NoGi tournament. It means that competitors need to be prepared for both and style will be randomly decided just before the start of each match.

It will follow standard IBJJF rules for white and blue belts with following exceptions:

- Wristlock submissions are allowed at white belt

- significant submission attempt is scored 2 points

- advantages are awarded 1 point and penalties give 1 point to the opponent.

- at blue belt level jumping guard is NOT ALLOWED
